Sadly, the time has come and Old Man Winter will be here before we know it.  As you all know we are a 100% volunteer organization and we are once again reaching out to solicit your support for the Fall Field Clean Up this coming Saturday. 

 

Compared to the annual Spring Clean Up, the Great Fall Put Away is a significantly less intensive.  Batting cage nets need to be taken down, sponsorship banners stowed away, sheds and dugouts straightened up and cleaned out, miscellaneous equipment put away and organized, etc...But in order to get it all done we need your help and are hoping to get a strong showing this Saturday - November 4th - at the Shelburne Town, Harbor Road and Charlotte Sweet Roots Fields beginning at 0930.  We are fairly certain if we get a strong turnout that we should have everything wrapped up in 2 hours our less.  

 

Please find below a link to the Signup Genius we will use to track the number of volunteers we expect to see on Saturday.  When you sign up, please let us know which field you prefer.  The hope is to get your first choice, but we will send an email on Friday evening letting everyone know their final assignment.  

 

 

So many of you have expressed to us how much fun your sons and/or daughters had this past season and have repeatedly asked how you can help.  Well, here is your chance and the help is desperately needed.  Even 30 or 60 minutes of your time can make a huge difference.
